I wanted to say we all had SUCH a lovely Christmas lunch with you. I genuinely surprised everyone and they really enjoyed it. The meal was outstanding, especially the chook and chocolate tart. I hope someone's cooking for you on Christmas Day so you get a well-earned break. Thank you for looking after us all so well.

Private Pop Up Christmas Lunch.  December 2016

This is amazing! Thank you for this, the amazing cookery lesson last night and for the food and glass of wine. It was all such a treat. Really looking forward to Christmas preparations now. Once I get moved into the house and the hob and oven installed there will be no stopping that I know what I have to do. Your timetable below is exactly what I need.

Niamh, The Christmas Feast Demo, November 2016

As a work organised social I expected a slightly stilted atmosphere eased only by a few glasses of vino.  However, as soon as Nikki started to speak, I felt transported to the kitchen of a rather talented friend.  It was so natural, her enthusiasm genuine and quite contagious.  I highly recommend as fabulous and instructive evening! x x x

Nikki I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you very much for a wonderful and fun evening at Lady Eve cookery Demo.  We learned to make the best sweet potato and feta ramekins, lamb burgers with raita and not forgetting the strawberry shortcake all to die for. They have quickly become a family favourite!!!
Your class has an unending supply of practical ways of incorporating new ideas, cookery skills, ingredients and a delicious meal!

Thanks so much again and I will definitely see you soon.

"Nikki is a true professional - a consummate hostess, who warmly welcomes each guest and distills the art of cookery into bite size, digestible morsels for her clients. I have benefited greatly from all the tips, suggestions and advice Nikki has shared, to great applause on the home front."

Great idea.  Organised by a great lady.  A great great company

My 8 year old daughter had a wonderful time at the kids camp with Lady Eve. She adored the broad choice of recipes, and the 'hands-on' nature of the camp. We all loved the samples she brought home and have enjoyed trying out many of the recipes since'

If Lady Eve's cookery demonstrations were to be described in recipe form, this is how it would go: take one experienced cook, add to a beautiful family kitchen, sprinkle with useful tips and easy, delicious and family oriented recipes, add a dash of good humored banter amongst the attendees, and voila! You have the perfect girlie night out!

I took part in Nikki's "cooking for children class", I found it extremely practical. As a full-time, working mother of two boys, I found her recipes easy to follow, wholesome and the class gave me some great ideas to widen the range of recipes I can choose from.

I just want to say how much I enjoyed Thursday evening - it was such fun ! I tried the haddock with tomatoes and  capers - it was delicious - as good as your's!!!!  But that is a compliment to your great teaching skills - I even got the onions right - I was so proud! I really look forward to another lesson.'

- Mary Ryan, Dublin

"Nikki, thanks so much for a fun and inspiring cookery session last Thursday. The format is perfect - relaxed, open and friendly! I've already made a couple of the dishes with great success and looking forward to the next one!"

- Michele Aboud, Dublin

'It was the best cookery class I ever went to'.

- Catherine O'Flaherty, Dublin

Well I am making little sausage balls for a drinks party and was about to put in raw onion and you kept coming into my mind!! The onion is now being gently fried to bring our the sweetness!!!

- A comment Lady Eve got in an email after one of her demo's!  Lady Eve is apathetic about the right way to cook onions!!

Going here was not only educational but it was also fun as I was greatly entertained by her daughter Evie. The outcome felt great as wall as tasting great.

I attended a basic cookery demo with Lady Eve, it was a very enjoyable evening - learnt some great recipes (the recipes covered were really useful and practical) and loads of great tips for preparing each recipe. The evening included a taste of everything prepared with lots of food to go around and a copy of all recipes. The atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed and the kitchen where the course is held is fab. Great value.

Lovely friendly atmosphere would recommend as an fun night out.

We had a lovely evening at Lady Eve's cookery school in her home. It was the perfect setting for our school class night out! Lots of gorgeous food, wine not to mention great cooking tips! Looking forward to the next one!

Christmas dinner 2012 was a flop. I thought I could get away with cheating, that is stocking up on some ready made products from a very well known shop, but, I was only fooling myself ! However, thanks to you I'm back in the good books with my family and it's all down to your wonderful Christmas dinner recipes!I really enjoyed your Christmas cookery presentation on 4 December last. You made it very easy and showed how using fresh simple produce with the correct herbs really enhanced the flavours. I followed all of your clear instructions and did as much as possible in advance, the cranberry sauce, desserts etc. I never cooked a ham before but having seen and tasted your version I thought I'd give it a go. It was a huge hit with my gang of gourmet children ! We actually had ham and eggs, a la Benedict, using your clever Hollandaise sauce (from the french cookery night), for breakfast on Christmas morning. The turkey was nothing short of amazing…. I took your advice, wrapped it in parchment and slow cooked it in the Aga for just over five hours. It was so tender it simply fell off the bone and tasted even better the next day. Thank you again for your wonderful lessons you have restored my culinary confidence !

I picked up your flyers in Fintans and will be booking for some more classes.

I attended Lady Eve's cookery course for Teens during the mid-term in 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It really inspired me to start baking properly and now I'm a very confident baker. I would personally like to thank Lady Eve and I would definitely recommend the course to anyone at all.
